As all of our products are handmade, we do not accept exchanges/returns for change of mind. If we believe the product is defected, damaged or is vastly different from our item description we will happily issue a refund. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Design Your Own
If you wish to cancel your Design Your Own order, contact must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If contact is made after 24 hours, there is a 50% charge of the total order amount (excluding shipping charges) to account for custom fabrics & administration.

As these products are shipped out immediately, once ordered they can not be cancelled.
